The Coachella Valley Mountains Conservancy is governed by a board of twenty-one voting members. The
board members represent local jurisdictions, the public at large, state and federal land management
agencies within the Conservancy's territory, other state agencies, and the Agua Caliente Band of
Cahuilla Indians. The board meets on a bimonthly basis at regularly scheduled public meetings.
